Eric Halverson and Sons, LLC (EH&S) is a construction management
firm located in Newport Beach, California. Halverson is committed to
keeping pace with challenges of the rapidly changing construction
industry and has recently expanded their services throughout the
Western United States market.
Halverson specializes in commercial, energy, retail, office,
municipal, multi-family, and residential construction
projects, and offers assistance with all phases of the planning and
construction process. Paralleled with the geographical growth is the
extension into a variety of construction delivery systems, including
CM for-Fee, Design-Build, Design-Bid-Build, CM at-Risk and General
Contracting Services just to name a few. Halverson will continue to
provide our customers with excellent quality, project continuity and
optimal convenience.
Acting as the owner's representative, Halverson will assist in the
project design, budget, contract negotiation, bid process,
contractor selection, scheduling, and supervision of the actual
construction. We provide value-engineering services as we work
collaboratively with design professionals to present cost-saving
methods and provide input on material selection.
Halverson prepares multiple bid packages to ensure each project is
bid competitively. Careful planning in the pre-construction phase
significantly reduces the impact of costly change orders once
construction begins. Halverson maintains full-time construction
project managers on-site from start to finish to ensure a quality
product for every client.
